I am very sorry but once I drop the package off at the post office, I am not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.

if you would like to insure your package, please email me after placing your order & I will send you an invoice for the coverage amount. I will do my best to help but I can not refund for packages that are marked delivered. 

Signature confirmation will automatically be added for packages over $500 free of charge.
